RebFest is an annual art and music festival that take place on the campus of UNLV. Hosted by the students of 91.5 The Rebel HD2 this festival brings together both local and national artist on one stage. The humble beginnings of 2016 have come along way from the first versions of RebFest, to what you will experience.
